PRIMEPITCH ANNOUNCES REDESIGN

The Property Investment Exchange has announced a significant redesign of its PrimePitch website (www.primepitch.com).

The redesign is the first stage of a programme which will substantially improve the way investment agents are able to promote property to the 14,000 private and institutional investors and surveyors registered on the PrimePitch database. The next stage of development will allow agents to target specific subsets of the database with e-mail alerts, notifying them of investments as they come to the market.

James Tanner, head of marketing at PrimePitch says: “The new design is a natural evolution for the site. Over the past three years we have learnt a tremendous amount about how investment professionals use PrimePitch and we have adapted the site to suit their needs and demands. It is all about simple design and navigation as our users want access to full property details as easily as possible.”

He adds: “We believe that e-mail marketing must become more sophisticated. Global e-mails are fine but will increasingly be seen as a fairly clumsy way of reaching the target-audience. Over the next few months we will be putting the control back with the agents, providing them with the ability to choose exactly who their marketing details are sent to.”

PrimePitch currently has 85 investment properties available for sale from 55 agents with total value £200m. Over the past 12 months it has helped the investment agency community to market 350 properties with a combined value of over £350m
